A build label is a package, not a permission
When a developer compiles a project they produce packages for the platforms they target, and the label names the package. Win means a Windows package was made.
What runs in a browser is a different question, and it is the one this site exists to answer. We check it rather than inferring it from a label.
The reason to print the raw string anyway is that it carries other information: the version, sometimes the quality tier, sometimes the episode. Tidying it away to a clean title loses all of that.
